TurisCooking Class - Bali

Learn how to cook authentic Balinese and Indonesian cuisine under the expert guidance of Balinese Chef and team. A choice of interactive classes provide a fascinating introduction to the local ingredients and cooking techniques that makes food on the island of Bali so flavoursome.

Turis Cooking Class located in Kutuh Village, where there is a small herb garden filled with plants to pick and use as needed. A choice of five inspiring cooking packages is available for food lovers looking to expand their skills in the kitchen. The first option is a morning class that includes a visit to the traditional fish market in Jimbaran to source the freshest seafood, poultry, vegetables. The second option is more focused on cooking and the third option is a relaxed late afternoon class, The Fourth option is Indonesian BBQ, and the fifth is Balinese BBQ.

Every class covers a number of different dishes by following a series of step-by-step instructions as demonstrated by Chefs. These are hands-on sessions whereby everything is prepared from scratch including the aromatic spice pastes that are an important part of local cuisine. The end result is a delicious lunch or dinner that all participants get to share.

Upon completion of each class, participants will receive an informative recipe booklet.
